"From the time I stepped in to the time I left I had a great experience. The first thing I noticed was the front office staff was friendly. The appointment was on time, I really think this deserves special recognition because in most places they have me waiting even though I arrive on time. The dentist assistant was kind and thoughtful. She did something that no one has done before, she tapped on my shoulder to soothe or distract from when the Dr was injecting the anesthesia. This gesture gave me great comfort. The Dr. did a very thorough exam, I've never had any dentist be as thorough. He explained the results in a way I could understand and answered all of my questions. The check-out was simple and once again the young lady at the front counter was kind and friendly. I am just very pleased with the experience I had on both of my appointments." - Carolina
